James lives in Santa Fe, NM and serves as Prospect
Manager and Research Coordinator for St. John's College. Before coming to Santa
Fe, James worked as a Laser Applications Engineer for Synrad Corp. in Mukilteo,
WA and played in the grunge band, Slye, in the Seattle, WA
area. Prior to his life in Seattle, he was an Instrumentation Engineer for the
Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope Corporation on the Big Island of Hawaii where he
delighted in scuba diving, surfing and sea kayaking.
James has a BA in Aerospace Engineering with a
minor in Space Physics
from the University of Colorado, Boulder and will finish up his Master's Degree
this year in the Great Books program at St. John's College.
He is currently a proud member of Noceros (www.Noceros.com),
a local, Santa Fe experimental-math-rock band, and he is volunteering his time
as the Web Master for the internationally known Santa Fe based nonprofit
experimental music organization, High Mayhem (www.highmayhem.org).
He's the founder and operator of an online rare book store,
www.spiritdancerbooks.com and he and his wife, Gabrelle, co-operate an
IT/Graphic Design consulting firm,
www.wuweidesign.com.
Despite all his many commitments, James enjoys a tranquil life without sleep
along side his five-month old darling baby girl, Zara.
